The Mobile Home Park has been family owned & operated for over sixty years.  A proud man, named John T. Palischak, retired from Edwards Air Force Base as a Master Sergeant in the early 1960’s after putting in twenty years of service, which included Korea and World War II.  After retirement, Mr. Palischak built a Mobile Home Park outside Edwards Air Force Base in Rosamond, California, and called it "Palischak’s Trailer Haven."  His dream turned into reality in which he wanted to offer affordable housing for military families off base.  Mr. Palischak passed away in June 2010 and, at his request, turned over the operations of the park to his daughter and granddaughter.  His family is very proud to be able to carry on his legacy and will hopefully be able to continue filling his beloved Mobile Home Park with new tenants looking for affordable desert living.  The Mobile Home Park has since updated its legal name from Palischak’s Trailer Haven to Trailer Haven LLC.
